- Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) once your order is dispatched.

We use USPS Ground or UPS Standard for all U.S. orders:
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from the date of shipping (varies by location).
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: $4.99 (for orders under $60).
- Free standard shipping: Available for orders over $60 (U.S. addresses only).
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $11.99 (available at checkout for eligible locations).
4. Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged a re-shipping fee (equal to the original shipping cost) to resend the order.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions). Track your order via the provided tracking number for real-time updates.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first (USPS/UPS) to file a claim. If the carrier cannot locate the package, email us at neal@brooketrade.shop (include your order ID) for further assistance.
